Frequently asked questions

What changed in Emojipedia 13.1?

Compared with 13.0, Emojipedia 13.1 added 217 new emoji and redrew none.

How is a redesign told apart from a re-release?

By the artwork itself. Every image is stored with a checksum of its bytes, so a design counts as redrawn only when those bytes differ from 13.0. A version number cannot tell you this — most releases ship the same drawings unchanged.
