Frequently asked questions
- What changed in WhatsApp 2.19.352?
- Compared with 2.19.244, WhatsApp 2.19.352 added 230 new emoji and redrew 3 existing designs.
- How is a redesign told apart from a re-release?
- By the artwork itself. Every image is stored with a checksum of its bytes, so a design counts as redrawn only when those bytes differ from 2.19.244. A version number cannot tell you this — most releases ship the same drawings unchanged.
