Frequently asked questions
- What changed in LG G5?
- Compared with G4, LG G5 added 674 new emoji and redrew 68 existing designs.
- How is a redesign told apart from a re-release?
- By the artwork itself. Every image is stored with a checksum of its bytes, so a design counts as redrawn only when those bytes differ from G4. A version number cannot tell you this — most releases ship the same drawings unchanged.
