- Compared with G3, LG G4 added 285 new emoji and redrew 23 existing designs.
- How is a redesign told apart from a re-release?
- By the artwork itself. Every image is stored with a checksum of its bytes, so a design counts as redrawn only when those bytes differ from G3. A version number cannot tell you this — most releases ship the same drawings unchanged.
